Every change starts with seeing clearly what is really going on.
You don't need another method, step-by-step plan or theory. You need someone who makes visible what patterns influence how you think, communicate, make choices and organize your life.
I advise ambitious women who have a lot of responsibility and want to consciously determine how they want to grow further, without sticking to what once worked.
You don't have to know exactly what needs to change first. We start where you are now, bring coherence to what you are experiencing and determine which movement is really necessary.
Not with a standard trajectory, but with clarity, strategy and advice that fits your life.
We start with a casual conversation.
You tell me briefly what is going on in your life, where you want to go and why you can't get through it yourself at the moment. I listen, ask some specific questions and honestly assess whether my way of advising suits you and your issue.
When we both feel there is a match, we discuss what duration and intensity would be appropriate.
You don't have to prepare in advance or be able to explain exactly what the underlying problem is. Discovering and researching is part of our collaboration.
You're doing your best. Yet you continue to encounter the same frustrations, conversations and doubts.
Perhaps the problem is not in what you are doing, but in what you do not see yet.
When you have a lot of responsibility, it is difficult to look at your own life with distance. You keep thinking, arranging and solving, but you don't really get any further. Sometimes it even feels like you are slowly drowning in everything that is asked of you.
Then you don't need another method.
You need someone who sees what you no longer see.
As your personal advisor, I look at the whole thing with you.
Your work, relationship, family, ambitions, communication and the responsibilities you carry. Not as separate parts, but as one system that constantly influences each other.
I'm not just listening to what you're saying. I also pay attention to what repeats itself, where you contradict yourself, what role you automatically take and what therefore remains out of the picture.
I ask questions, but it doesn't stop there. I give my vision, name what I see and help you translate that into clear choices, conversations and changes.
This trajectory is for ambitious women who can do a lot and carry a lot, but find that their current way of dealing with situations no longer works.
You may recognize that you:
You are not looking for standard coaching and also no one who only confirms what you already know.
You are looking for a sharp, independent advisor who can handle your complexity and honestly name what is needed.
You get a view of the pattern behind what is always happening.
As a result, you can:
Not because everything suddenly becomes simple, but because you understand what is going on and know what movement
We work together for three, six or twelve months.
The conversations take place online or at an agreed, discreet location. In between conversations, there is room for brief contact when an important choice, a conversation or an unexpected situation cannot wait.
Everything we discuss remains strictly confidential.
You don't have to know exactly what you need in advance.
Tell me what you're running into and what you're longing for. Then we will examine during an introductory meeting whether I am the right advisor for you.
[Schedule a no-obligation introductory meeting]
As an in-house consultant, I can be available at agreed times within the organization, for confidential conversations about workload, communication, cooperation, leadership and professional development. When personal circumstances affect functioning, they can also be taken into account.
I help employees quickly understand what is going on and translate this into concrete choices, conversations and strategies. This way, problems are addressed earlier and employees continue to function with more peace, control and resilience and absenteeism is prevented.
